'They want to put my baby in microwave': Amber Heard breaks down in tears after being abused online
Amber Heard returned to the stand on Thursday, May 26, to discuss the consequences of Johnny Depp's lawsuit on her life, and she gave an emotional speech recounting the online hatred she has received. As the trial approaches its last day, Amber Heard sobbed in court as she reminded jurors that ‘I am a human being.’ Since the trial began, the 'Aquaman' actor has received thousands of death threats, including threats like throwing 'my baby in the microwave,” according to Amber Heard.
Heard told the court in her second round of oral testimony that she and her friends now had to follow a set of rules to avoid panic attacks as a result of her trauma. She said, "I am harassed, humiliated, threatened every single day. Even just coming into this courtroom sitting here in front of the world having the worst parts of my life, things that I have lived through, used to humiliate me. People want to kill me, they tell me so... they want to put my baby in the microwave and they tell me that. "
