Antonio Brown takes a dig at Tom Brady, Bruce Arians on Instagram: 'Still can't stop me'

The text on the image read, "They tried to hurt me intentionally @buccaneers. Sent me out there after knowing I was still hurt. Tom said he would throw it if I came to play hurt. I came. He didn't throw it. Imagine being hurt having to play through this and being lied too. Coach said if I couldn’t run on this get the f*** out of here. F*** all you MF. Still caint stop me @nfl."

Reporter Rick Stroud, tweeted a screenshot of Brown's story with the caption, "Antonio Brown released this image of his foot/ankle injury on his IG account with usual claims that #Bucs made him play hurt, Tom Brady didn’t throw him the football and Bruce Arians fired him for being hurt."

Brown insisted that Arians forced him to play with an injured ankle, but the coach has denied the accusations. Arians also claimed that Brown's outburst came about because he wasn't getting the football in the game against the New York Jets.

In January, Brown claimed on the 'Full Send Podcast' that Brady was only his friend because he's a good football player. "To me, a friend is someone who's got your back. Not everybody in sports is going to be your friend. Tom Brady's my friend, why? Because I'm a good football player. He needs me to play football. People have different meanings of what friendship is. You can't really expect anyone to be your friend in the business of football," said Brown.

"Brady and I like winning. We have that in common. That's what makes me want to be around him, makes us gel, makes us great. I'm out here getting prove-it contracts, you say you're my friend, I shouldn't be playing on that type of deal when I came here and we won a Super Bowl," he added.

Brown further questioned why he wasn't getting paid more money from the Bucs if Brady was truly his friend. "If Tom Brady is my boy, why am I playing for an earnest salary?" he asked. Brown has also accused the Buccaneers of offering him $200,000 to get mental health treatment.
