MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN: The horrifying murder of a United States Postal Service carrier has left his family and co-workers devastated. Aundre Cross was reportedly delivering his mail on Friday, December 9, when an unidentified suspect(s) shot him dead. The incident reportedly happened close to 65th and Lancaster around 4.40 pm and it has been said that the killer(s) was driving an Audi Q5 SUV with tinted windows.

The 44-year-old victim was a father-of-four and a husband. He had reportedly been working as a postal worker for 18 years. “Aundre was a brother, a mentor. He was just a beacon of light to all of us,” Tia R, an ex-colleague, stated. She also also pleaded that “if you know your mail carrier’s out there, your delivery driver’s outside, just make sure they make it to their truck and they go home safely. That’s all we want to do, is go home at the end of the night,” as per WISN-TV.
