LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill have finalized their divorce after announcing their split less than 2 months ago. The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum and the Fox Sports anchor did not waste any time in putting together their divorce agreement and the duo are now officially single as a Fulton County court judge signed off on it on Thursday, December 1.

Bailey and Hill had their second anniversary back in October, but they spent it without any celebration and just a few days later they announced their break up. The 55-year-old reality television personality says the marriage is irretrievably broken. She even accused Hill of "inappropriate adulterous relations."

"I felt like we weren't friends anymore," Bailey said on Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's 'Two Ts in a Pod' podcast on Monday, November 28. "I felt like it was just going toward we're just not going to be friends if we didn't pump the brakes. This is not my first rodeo. I think friendship just has to be there in a marriage," she continued. "Like, love is great, but friendship has to be there. I truly want to be with my best friend."

"I don't think either one of us regret our decision to move forward in the way we have decided to move forward," she said. "It's not final yet. We're still going through the process, so we're still technically married. For me, there's still just a lot of respect stuff on my end that I still feel like he's my husband."

"I took my ring off the day of the announcement but until then, I had it on all this time. Although, we were going through some things," she added. "It's just weird, you guys. It's just weird."

Mike Hill, on the other side, has chosen to remain silent and said that he will not respond to the allegations. He was the first one to sign the divorce agreement on October 20, and Cynthia signed it on November 1. It was apparently an easy separation for them as they never mixed their finances, taxes or property during their 2 years together.

They had two different homes, which each will keep. They did not have any kids together and have not agreed to pay spousal support. Hill did not even ask for a lawyer. Back in 2020, Bailey and Hill threw a luxuriant wedding at Governors Towne Club in Georgia. The party was featured in season 13 of 'RHOA.'
