LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Emily in Paris' star Ashley Park has opened up about one of the difficult phases of life and revealed that she was diagnosed with blood cancer at the age of 15. The actress plays the role of Mindy Chen, a Chinese Korean former Nanny and aspiring singer who is Emily's (Lily Collins) first friend in Paris.

The series has met with positive reviews and has become quite popular among young adults. Park received a lot of recognition and proved to be the biggest role of her career in Television. However, this is the first time she has opened up about her personal life and how cancer almost made her change her lifestyle completely.
