PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA: The Philadelphia Eagles went ahead 14-7 against the Washington Commanders in the first quarter on Monday, November 14. According to Opoyi, Hurts began the game with a one-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Then minutes later, he broke out a famous play, the Tim Tebow jump pass, to hit Dallas Goedert, tight end for the Eagles, with a jump pass for a touchdown. And when the play worked to perfection, he then struck the Heisman pose to celebrate.

Many took a dig at Hurts after the Eagles got outplayed and lost 32-21. One wrote, "Lmaoooo Jalen hurts punk ass really hit the heisman pose after going up 14-7 in the first quarter, only to lose the game. Love to see it." Another said, "Heisman pose for a non Heisman winner." While some tagged him as a loser with one tweeting, "@JalenHurts is not an NFL QB. A true QB doesn’t go three and out in that situation. #loser"

The troll continued with a user commenting, "Proven loser in big moments?? Jalen Hurts got embarrassed last year in the playoffs and got benched in the championship game in college. He’s as big of a loser as anyone then based on logic." Another jokingly said, "He needs to bring out sitting on the couch pose soon cause that’s what he’ll being doing in February."
