Where is Emilee Dubes? Parents fear Missouri girl, 15, who vanished from home is being held against her will
ASHLAND, MISSOURI: Emilee Dubes, a 15-year-old who disappeared from her bedroom, is believed to be being held against her will, according to her family. Dubes vanished from her home in Ashland, Missouri, on the evening of December 4.
A Facebook post by the nonprofit Missouri Missing says, "Her family believes she may be in the Fulton, Missouri area being held against her will. However, she could be anywhere. Her phone is not with her." Dubes is described as 130 pounds and 5 feet 4 inches tall. Ashland Police Chief Gabe Edwards claims Dubes likely cut the glass of her bedroom window and fled without her parents' knowledge. Edwards claims in a video released by the Missing Person Awareness Network on Tuesday, December 13, that Emilee's disappearance does not meet the criteria for an Amber alert. The requirements include a plausible suspicion that an abduction occurred, a credible threat of serious injury or death, and details about the victim and abductor.
