In the visual, the 35-year-old American rapper can be seen in therapy with Helen Mirren on the other side of the room. The video begins with black-and-white footage of a watch ticking, followed by Mirren's voice calling out "Kendrick? Kendrick . . . did you hear that Kendrick?" The 'Humble' rapper's album has been critically acclaimed for being a gleeful amalgamation of Lamar's wisdom with several heavy collaborations. On the other hand, Mirren has been receiving praise for the recent 'Barbie' trailer where she could be heard saying, "Since the beginning of time, since the first little girl ever existed, there have been dolls. But the dolls were always and forever baby dolls, until…" Her opening remarks paid a tribute to ' 2001: A Space Odyssey'.
