'Harry & Meghan': Ann Widdecombe accuses Meghan Markle of 'peddling conspiracy theories,' calls her 'paranoid'
LONDON, UK: Netflix's one of the most controversial yet famed docuseries 'Harry & Meghan' has released three episodes and another three are waiting in line to be released soon. As soon as the series dropped, the controversy, claims, anger, and allegations came along with it in ample amounts. Well, it seems that Ann Widdecombe, a former member of the European Parliament, was not happy seeing her comments made in 'Celebrity Big Brother' make her a 'scapegoat.'
Widdecombe, 75, had branded the Duchess of Sussex 'trouble' during her appearance in 'Celebrity Big Brother' in 2018. Noting the same in the show, Netflix's docuseries 'Harry & Meghan' claimed that there was a 'war against Meghan' and people were fed with 'unfavorable stories' about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The documentary accused the Palace of feeding 'negative stories' about the couple to make up for the damaging tales of the Royal Palace. Alongside the claims, the visual of a newspaper article where Widdecombe claimed Meghan a "trouble" was showcased in the documentary. Widdecombe addressed the matter last night in an interview. The former Tory MP slammed Meghan Markle for 'deliberately peddling conspiracy theories.'
