LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After posting a final cryptic tweet, Pornhub star Yurizan Beltran was found dead five years ago this week, on December 13, 2017. Yurizan Beltran, also known as Yuri Luv, appeared in more than 200 porn films.

A prominent porn star named August Ames was also found dead in a Los Angeles park just eight days after the tragic event, at a time when a number of adult stars were dying within a short period of time. Before posing for her first nude page in Penthouse magazine at the age of 18, Beltran was featured on the cover of Lowrider magazine. The 31-year-old Beltran, who went by the stage name Yuri Luv, starred in more than 200 porn films, including one in which she played Kourtney Kardashian. She was nominated for several awards in adult films. She even had appearances in two movies that were not pornographic - 'White on Rice' in 2017 and 'Werewolf in a Women's Prison' in 2006.

In her Los Angeles residence, Beltran was discovered dead by her landlord, next to a bottle of pills that had dropped on the floor. Her death was officially attributed to an overdose on a prescription opioid painkiller which led to bronchopneumonia (lung inflammation). The heartbreaking details of her death, however, were revealed by her coworker Nickey Milo. "Beltran died of an apparent drug overdose. She was discovered by the owner of the house where she was living in Bellflower, CA.” “There were pills found near the bed," he said as per The Sun. Hours before her corpse was found, the porn star left a terrifying two-word message. "Bye Felicia," it said. According to Ice Cube, who co-wrote the script and co-starred in the 1995 comedy film ‘Friday’, the expression is "the phrase to get anyone out of your face."

A link to an Instagram image with the same description was also included in fallen pornographic actress’ tweet. Beltran belonged to the network of artists known as PornStar Platinum. "I write this with a heavy heart," the company's director Dan Hogue said in a statement following her death. "The entire PornStar Platinum family is in mourning at the news of the loss of one of its family members. Yuri was found today at the age of 31. She was always kind to me and we will miss her." A number of adult performers also paid their respect to Beltran. Marley Brinx tweeted: "RIP Yuri, Another beautiful angel gone too soon." Catalina Cruz said: "You came across very genuine and kind to me when I first met you. I am so sad. Sending love to everyone that was close to Yurizan Beltran.
