As the massive storm moves northward, at least 10 million people in the United States are currently under winter weather watches or advisories. It has already triggered at least five tornadoes in Texas on Tuesday alone, while scientists believe there may have been more that are yet to be confirmed, as reported by Daily Mail.

The internet already seems scared from the Tornado that is rending Lousiana, as a few Twitter users expressed their fright towards the as the massive natural calamity has already caused the casualties. As one of the Twitter users wrote, "A massive tornado across parts of the country that destroyed buildings, injured a few people in Oklahoma and Texas, and left two people missing in Louisiana, while much of the central United States braced for blizzard-like conditions." Another user wrote, "@writteninluke, are you ok? Your weather in Louisiana sounds scary." One user reported, "I contacted the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office, and they confirmed that the Woodworth, LA area took damage from that completely unwarned tornado." Another user tweeted a chilling clip and wrote, "Tornado in Grapevine Texas this morning so Louisiana be careful and the deep south bad weather is coming." One user shared few scary images, and wrote, "TORNADO DAMAGE: New photos just in from Union Parish, LA. Major damage left behind after the tornado trailed through earlier. Several reports of injuries have already been made." Another user said, "Wow. This looks ef3/ef4 level. Devastating."

According to the National Weather Service office in Fort Worth, three of the twisters were seen in Tarrant County. The strongest of them had an EF-1 rating, meaning they experienced wind gusts of 86 to 110 mph for at least three seconds in a row. Up to five people were reportedly hurt in an EF-2 tornado that hit Grapevine, close to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, with wind gusts of 125 miles per hour. Sam's Club and a Walmart were also reportedly damaged, as per reports.

Gas stations were also demolished, and drivers on one road were forced to drive in a single lane owing to downed trees and roadblocks. A weaker tornado was reportedly recorded to the west of Paris. On Wednesday, officials will assess the damage in those places. However, based on radar and damage reports, the National Weather Service believes there could have been up to 12 tornadoes in the area that has yet to be confirmed.
