Since Erika posted the picture from her social media account, everybody automatically assumed that it was the 'Pretty Mess' singer who threw her co-star's book in the garbage can. But as it turns out, it was actually Lisa Rinna. During the reunion, Rinna admitted that she was the one who threw the book in the bin as she was angry with Garcelle for mentioning her daughter Amelia Hamlin in the book. Garcelle chimed in and clarified that she didn't actually state anything negative about Amelia but just recounted the conversation she had with Rinna about the young model's body image issues. Garcelle also revealed that immediately after that picture was posted on social media, Rinna's lawyer reached out to her managed and asked for the excerpts referencing Rinna and her daughter to be removed from the book. Garcelle reportedly agreed to it and printed a second edition of the book without those excerpts. Considering how Rinna made a huge fuss over Kathy Hilton's lawyers allegedly issuing cease and desist to everybody from speaking about the Aspen trip, we assumed Andy would devlve more into the lawyers being dragged into it. But instead Andy completely disregarded Rinna's behavior towards Garcelle and instead focussed on Rinna's trash can, more specifically the presence of an old telephone in the bin and the apparent lack of recycling.
