Kim Kardashian gushes over Shakira and JLo's Super Bowl performance: 'They really shut it down!'
Shakira's and Jennifer Lopez's performance at the Hard Rock Stadium during their Super Bowl LIV halftime show had fans drooling over their raw energy, their glittery costumes, and powerful dancing that, without a doubt, turned on the heat.
It wasn't just tens and thousands of fans who expressed their appreciation for the incredible performance either, with several celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, P!nk, and Keith Urban gushing over the pop stars.
As they took to the stage, Kim Kardashian couldn't help being starstruck. "OMG @shakira!!!!! she looks so beautiful!" she tweeted. "OMGGGGGG @JLo looks soooooo beyond beautiful!"
"They really shut it down!!!!," she tweeted after their performance. "Congrats on that amazing SuperBowl Halftime Show @shakira @JLo"
Khloe Kardashian wasn't holding back on the praise either. "Shakira and J Lo both did incredible in their performances in my opinion!" she wrote. "But can we talk about how both of these women do not age whatsoever! I am captivated by there dancing and their stage performances. Wow!! Congratulations #SuperBowl"
"They are having fun!!!! Yesssssss!!! That was a halftime show!!!!!! Wow! Wow! Wow!!!! Their energy just gave me energy!!! Fan girling for sure!!!" she wrote in another tweet.
Alex Rodriguez, Lopez's fiance, couldn't quite get enough of the 'On the Floor' singer and shared a video of himself open-mouthed and almost in disbelief at hers and Sharkira's incredible halftime show performance.
"AMAZING!! She ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT! Wow, that was so fun! I’m so proud of you, Jen!" he posted.
Lady Gaga, who had performed at the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show and had announced in no uncertain terms that she did not want either Shakira or Lopez to lip-sync, also seemed pleased with the show, despite the former not singing.
