Marvel postpones release dates of 3 major movies, fans say stop announcing films 'years' in advance
Marvel fans have lately been disappointed with the quality of their work, even though their viewership is not declining. Disney changed the release date of some movies, including Marvel's 'Blade,' a highly anticipated movie, as production is delayed.
'Blade,' which was supposed to hit theaters on November 3, 2023, has been postponed until 2024. The Marvel film stars Mahershala Ali, Delroy Lindo, and Aaron Pierre as Gene Colan in the meantime, Stacy Osei-Kuffour and Marv Wolfman are the film's screenwriters. The theatrical release date is now set for September 6, 2024. However, we cannot confirm this as dates are still subject to change. Those changes also include the yet-to-be-titled 'Deadpool' three-parter, which has been moved from Sept 6, 2024, to Nov 8, 2024, and 'Fantastic Four,' which has been moved to Feb 14, 2025. Previously set for Nov 7, 2025, 'Avengers: Secret Wars,' the first of two films in the 'Avengers' series, will now open May 5, 2026.
