'Maverick has some gas left': 'Top Gun: Maverick' director Joseph Kosinski teases the possibility of third movie
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Top Gun: Maverick' surpassed all the expectations and turned out to be one of the most-enthralling pieces of cinemas in recent years. The movie, which is a sequel to the 1986 original film 'Top Gun', saw Tom Cruise's Captain Pete "Maverick" Mitchell teaching all the top graduates of 'Top Gun' and getting them ready for a deadly mission that has never been accomplished before. In the process, we see Maverick trying to mend his relationship with Rooster, the son of Maverick's best friend Goose, who is also included in the group of 'Top Gun' graduates.
The film was a mixture of epic storytelling, good acting, and mind-boggling aerial sequences. However, fans don't want the franchise to end and keep on requesting the makers and Paramount Pictures to come back with another 'Top Gun' movie. Even though nothing has been announced as of yet, the makers of the movie believed that there's some gas left in the tank.
