Olivia Pratt-Korbel murder: Man, 34, arrested on suspicion of 9-year-old girl’s fatal shooting
DOVECOT, LIVERPOOL: A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of killing nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel in Liverpool in August, according to Merseyside police. On Thursday night, Merseyside police announced that a man from the Dovecot neighborhood had been brought to the police station where he would be interrogated by detectives, reported The Guardian.
On August 22, Olivia was shot in the chest at her house in the city of Liverpool. At around 10 in the evening, the shooter chased Joseph Nee into their property, injuring her mother Cheryl Korbel, 46. The police had previously detained nine other men as part of the investigation, but all of them had been bailed. To help find the murderer, a £200,000 ($2,21,965) reward is now being offered.
