Prince Harry’s golden chin of facial hair has apparently sparked a huge rise in the number of men looking forward to beard transplants, according to Express. According to data provided by the Wimpole Clinic, the nation's largest surgery provider, a rise of 25 percent in beard transplant queries has been recorded in the last month since the royal funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

Warren Vaheeswaran, CEO of the Wimpole Clinic, said, "Prince Harry looked spectacular in recent coverage - his facial hair capped a really handsome look, it seems that trendsetters have taken notice. Since his beard hit the front pages we’ve been bombarded with inquiries for our popular beard transplants."

"We've had a 25 per cent uptick in requests. It's an easy procedure and the masculine look is now very much in vogue again. Harry is a great role model for young men. With prices going around £3,500, men feel it's worth the money to look stylish in London," Vaheeswaran added. The research also stated that 50% of all men face difficulties in achieving their desired beard look. The shift from office-based to remote working during the pandemic has also reportedly led to the decline of the clean-shaven look.

It is unknown why the Prince chose to grow his facial hair, but some fans speculate it was an attempt to disguise his identity during an SBS mission before he entered the RAF. These claims are backed by the fact that his father and new monarch King Charles also decided to grow his beard when he went on naval exercises in Alaska in 1975.

However, it was reported earlier this year that the Duke underwent hair thickening treatment at the Philip Kingsley Trichological clinic in London. At the time, MEAWW reported that Meghan also paid a visit to the clinic in May 2018 before her marriage to Prince Harry.
