Harry apologized to the young boy for being unable to accept his prize, and the boy responded, "That's alright." And Harry continued, "You sound just like my son Archie really. The same little squeaky voice. I love it." Henry then asked Harry about his two young children, Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1, as Harry had brought up his son in the conversation.

Harry said with a smile, "They are doing great. Archie is very very busy and Lili is learning to use her voice, which is great!" In another part of the conversation, Harry engaged 10-year-old Shakeerah Crowther, a survivor of a rare brain infection, and made some sign language attempts with her.

"I'm sorry about your grandmother the Queen," the young girl signed to Harry, who was visibly upset. The giraffe balloon that was hidden behind the sofa she was seated on was then brought up by, Harry and he revealed, "How long have you had that giraffe for? Because Archie's got a giraffe as well and it's lasted a very long time. And we call him Gerald."

Harry conversed with Evelyn Rodger, a children's hospice nurse whose employment was supported by the Princess Diana memorial fund, during a different segment of the call. "I think your mum would be very proud of what that money has achieved. And I also think as a mum she'd be very proud of you, Harry," Rodger told the prince.

Harry has continued to be associated with WellChild, a national charity that supports families of children with life-threatening illnesses, despite his resignation as a working royal. He has supported the organization as a patron since 2007.
