ORANGE COUNTY, CLAIFORNIA: A terrible three-car crash that occurred on Friday, December 16, was recorded by a camera and a red Ferrari was seen being split in half. Robert Nicoletti, a retired Orange County resident and dentist, was driving the Ferrari when it collided with a silver Mazda SUV and a blue Toyota, killing him instantly.

The drivers of the Toyota and the SUV were uninjured. Police said they did not believe alcohol played a role in the accident, although Nicoletti's Ferrari accelerated to prevent a Tesla from overtaking. The collision occurred near the town of Silverado in Santiago Canyon, in the eastern Santa Ana Mountains of Orange County. The California Highway Patrol stated that they learned of the collision at approximately 3.40 pm. When they arrived at the scene of the accident, they saw an unbelievable scene of devastation: the 2015 Ferrari had been split in half and the cars crushed and mangled.
