COLUMBUS, INDIANA: A man who was found guilty of killing a 16-year-old Indiana high school student in a hit-and-run as she prepared to board a school bus received a four-year prison sentence on Thursday, December 8. Shiam Sunder Shankara Subramanian also received a two-year probation term for Lilly Streeval's death on August 30, 2021.

Subramanian, 26, of Columbus, was charged in September 2021 with fleeing the scene of a fatal crash and passing a school bus with the arm signal extended, both of which resulted in the teen's death, as reported by Fox News.
