Alabama teacher who moonlights as drag queen caught making 'big bone' lewd jokes at family-friendly event

Video footage from the live stream showed Miller reading from a book while three dogs played with their handler. "Everybody loves a big bone," he said at one point, causing the handler and the person holding the camera to laugh at the comment. Miller was then heard asking on the live stream, "We're not still live are we?" moments after making the comment. Libs of TikTok asked why Miller was wondering if the stream was still running and whether it was appropriate for the teacher to make such remarks in front of a group of children.

Miller, who is employed at Mountain Gap Middle School, reportedly has a Facebook as well as a TikTok account to promote his drag alter ego and has previously attended Drag Queen Story Time events. One event he promoted on his Facebook page was reportedly titled, 'Drag Us to Hell.' Furthermore, he has also posted images of himself with other drag artists on the page, which appeared to have been taken down following the backlash. Miller has since posted a TikTok addressing the outrage. "I really have no comment for anybody, so people need to stop asking," he declared, claiming that he had been "doxxed" by the Libs of TikTok article.

Earlier this week, MEAWW reported how parents from a public school in San Diego, California were up in arms over a flyer that advertised the "queerest" Halloween party with a "family-friendly" drag show sponsored by a gay bar and a gender reassignment surgery center. Parents were outraged that the Encinitas Union School District was hosting the controversial Halloween event. The flyer billed the 'Boo Bash' event as a queer Halloween party for families and youth that would include games, trick-or-treating, and a "family-friendly drag show." 

The event was organized by The Trans Family Support Services, a group based in San Diego that provides transgender support services nationwide, according to The Blaze. To protest against the Halloween event, some parents made plans to attend the school board meeting to denounce a district employee who called them "homophobic." However, the organization's founder and executive director, Kathie Moehlig, said that the event would go on as planned. “We’re not going to back down from doing what we know is right and appropriate to support these youth and their families, just because some people think they can use it as their mega piece to get talking points and get attention," Moehlig declared.
