Whitney Thore is still healing from her split with Chase Severino, the man she was briefly engaged to before he admitted to cheating on her with another woman. Even though she is still hoping to get answers to some of the burning questions that the split left her with, her friends are helping her tide over this difficult time, especially BFF Buddy Bell. They and a few other friends were quarantining together when she decided to call Ryan Andreas over for a lake party. He obliged. 

Upon his arrival, he and Whitney got into a conversation, after which he jokingly said that everyone hates him. She was not the most excited to see him but has been hoping if he could help her get more clarity on the Chase situation. 

Off the show, Chase has already welcomed his baby girl, Aurora Joyce, with Sara Jackson in August this year, just three months after he called it quits with Whitney.
