ATLANTA, GEORGIA: On November 21, 2022, Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley were found guilty of federal offenses, including bank fraud, tax fraud, and wire fraud, and were sentenced to 12 and seven years in federal prison, respectively.

The offspring of the 'Chrisley Knows Best' family -- Lindsie, 33, Kyle, 31, Chase, 26, Savannah, 25, Grayson, 16, and adoptive daughter Chloe, 10 -- are now left to pick up the pieces as the empire they built falls apart around them. Alexus Whilby, a former member of the Chrisley family who got married to Todd's eldest son Kyle in 2014 after dating him for two years, has expressed her opinion regarding the sentences Todd, 53, and Julie, 49, received. Whilby, who divorced Kyle in 2018, told HollywoodLife that she believes Todd and Julie's total sentence of 19 years in prison is lenient. She said, "It's actually light considering their total lack of accountability."
