OAHU, HAWAII: Singer Jack Johnson has reportedly received legal protection against a female fan. The star alleged that she poses a serious and alarming risk to his safety. According to TMZ, the singer of ‘Better Together’ gave his testimony about the woman who started showing up at his performances and hotels and also tried to get close to him. On Thursday, December 15, during a hearing in Los Angeles, the court heard Johnson's call and stated that the lady is 'dangerous' and issued a five-year restraining order of protection.
The Hawaiian musician is married to Kim Baker Johnson. Jack reportedly met his wife on the beach when they were both attending the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2017, during an interview with '60 Minutes,' the star revealed that many of his greatest hits are inspired by his wife. “The love songs are all for my wife. If I wake up and I've forgotten it's our anniversary, I gotta write a song quick. That's my version of a card. I tried to impress her by learning the guitar or something, but I don't think that worked. I think it was my persistence,” he remarked at the time.

Meanwhile, the alleged woman stalker has been ordered to avoid Johnson, his wife Kim Baker, and their 16-year-old son, under the new terms, up to five years. Prior to this, Johnson had claimed two months ago that a lady has been harassing him for years and recently confronted him at a hotel where he was staying during the tour.
At the time, he had obtained a temporary order of protection against her. The woman allegedly drove to Houston, Texas, on August 26 and got into the hotel where Johnson was staying. He further alleges that the event was so terrifying for him and his bandmate, who witnessed it all, that Johnson and his band bounced until the police arrived and took the woman into custody.
The singer also claimed that his accused stalker frequently purchases VIP tickets to his performances in an effort to get closer to him. She reportedly emailed him and his management, claiming she was duped out of millions of dollars in a long-term financial fraud. Johnson claimed he is concerned for his safety because the woman can easily follow his activities and that his tour dates and on-location appearances are easily accessible online. He also asserted that the woman has been stalking him for a number of years and that his legal team has repeatedly warned her to stop but to no effect.
