DALLAS, TEXAS: Nestor Oswaldo Hernandez carried out a shooting inside Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas on Saturday, October 22, 2022, killing two nurses while he was waiting as his girlfriend was giving birth. According to the New York Post, before pulling the trigger of the gun on these two nurses, he was aggressively accusing his girlfriend of infidelity, and later warned that he would shoot the next person who comes through the door.

Hernandez is a parolee who was permitted to go to the hospital to be with his girlfriend as she was giving birth. He was previously charged with aggravated robbery and was wearing a GPS ankle monitor so that authorities could keep a check on him. However, now the parolee will now face capital murder charges.
