NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Two women have filed separate lawsuits against Jeffrey Epstein's estate, accusing him of sexually assaulting them during massage sessions. The financier's estate has been sued under the Adult Survivor's Act (ASA). This litigation is considered to be the first one to be filed against the sexual offender's estate under the ASA.

Under the ASA, survivors will be provided a one-year window for cases that were deemed too old to be presented to the court. Ten other lawsuits, including cases by Jennifer Aroaz and several unnamed victims, have been filed under the Child Victims Act, reports the New York Post.
