The boy allegedly fatally shot his mother and walked upstairs to wake up his sister, 26, who discovered the horrific shooting and dialed 911. The child initially claimed to the police that the gun "accidentally went off" as he was twisting it around his finger. The complaint claims that he later acknowledged that he wasn't spinning the gun when he allegedly shot his mother, according to a report by The US Sun.
