LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Last season of 'The Umbrella Academy' revealed how the six Hargreeves siblings reunited with Ben in the third season although it had a very confusing yet intriguing ending. Regardless, Netflix series 'The Umbrella Academy,' will be back with fewer episodes. It was previously announced in August that the show would be renewed for one final season, with 'The Umbrella Academy's writers stating that it had always been the plan to make the show a four-season series. The series showrunner Steve Blackman confirmed Season 4's six-episode count.

The first season was released in 2019, to be specific, on Netflix on February 15, 2019. Since then, the series has proved itself nothing less than a rage. After the first season, Netflix reported that 45 million households had watched season one during its first month of release, thus becoming one of the most-streamed series of the year. That same month, following the success of the first season, the series was renewed for a second season. Safe to say, it was a big smash as the series received a number of accolades, including six Emmy nominations, and a positive review from the critics and the fans for all three seasons.
