MOSCOW, IDAHO: As the investigation of a University of Idaho student’s murder is still ongoing, one particular old bodycam footage has started to appear on various social media platforms. The short clip showed several individuals trespassing and partying inside the Idaho murder house without permission. The police bodycam was reportedly captured on September 1, around 9 PM, when authorities visited the house to address a noise complaint at 1122 King Road where the Idaho murders unfolded two months later, on November 13.

When the responding officers asked if the individuals in the house were trespassing, they replied that they were not trespassing. They added that the occupants of the house actually went to some other party, which is why they were using the house. One officer was then heard asking them, “Who lives here? What are their names?” to which one individual responded, “I am exactly not sure. I live across the street. I just came over.” After this, the officer was seen raging at the people in the house as they were ‘unlawfully’ using the house and warned about the noise, alcohol use, and so on.
