The moment, which has gone viral, reportedly happened before the POTUS signed the Respect For Marriage Act to safeguard same-sex and interracial marriages at the White House South Lawn on December 13.
The footage showed Jill seemingly handing over something to her husband, which he soon appeared to put inside his mouth. He then sat on a chair while surrounded by Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband, Douglas Emhoff.
